St. Joseph Will Help You Sell Your Home
Are you looking for a little divine intervention in selling your Port Orange FL home? Marty and I heard of the traditon of burying ST. Joseph in the ground so we purchased a St. Joseph gave it a try.
It is believed that burying the statue in the lawn of a for-sale property, upside down and facing the home, will result in a closed deal. So, we have had two of our personal investment properties on the market for well over 18 months with little or no luck of selling in a down market. We ordered two statues on 01/05/2008 and received them a few days later and then placed one at each property
and said the prayer. On Feb 7, 2008 we received an acceptable offer on one property and went to closing on Feb.22, 2008.
On Feb.18, 2008 we received an acceptable offer on the other property we had listed for over 18 months and

I wonder what kind of licence St. Joseph has to sell real Estate and where did he get it?
We just did this, when an investment property wasn't selling.
Guess what?
It sold within a month of burying the St. Joseph statue.
